These rules to be used in conjunction with League Rules. |

| 2. | The entire control and management shall be vested in the League Council. |
| 3. | The cups shall be competed for annually and shall not be won outright. Winning Clubs to hold trophies for 12 months. |
| 4. | The entrance to the League Cups is mandatory and the Clubs will be allowed to enter TWO outside Cup competitions.

| 5. | The entrance fee to all League Cups is £8.00 per team. |
| 6. | To be eligible to play in these Competitions a player must have played one league or Cup game for his Club or have been registered by the Hon. Registration Secretary 14 days prior to the tie taking place. |
| 7. | Clubs found guilty of playing ineligible player(s) may be fined and/or removed from the Competition.

| 8. | Once a boy/girl has played for any team in any age group, they will be ineligible to play for any other team in these competitions. |
| 9. | The ties shall be drawn and played as ordered by the League Council, who shall fix replays. |
| 10. | Under 8 - Under 10 (inclusive) if at the end of full time the scores remain level, extra time of 4 mins. each way will be played. All other age groups i.e. U11 - U16 extra time of 10 mins. each way will be played and at U17 15 mins. extra time will be played. If after the end of extra time the scores remain level, the winners shall be decided by penalties taken in accordance with the Laws of the Game. |
| 11. | The Kick off times in League Cup matches shall be: Saturday arranged by the Management Committee and Sunday 2.00pm. |
| 12. | In League Cup final matches each participating Club shall supply a match ball to the referee, which shall be to the correct specification. |
| 13. | For all Cup games, except the final the fees and expenses of the Referee will be shared equally by the competing Clubs. |
| 14. | The Referee and Assistant Referees will receive trophies in lieu of the fee in the Final tie and will be allowed to claim expenses. |
| 15. | In the League Cup Competitions, the semi-finals to be played on the ground of the first team out in the draw. |
| 16. | Finalists shall supply a list of players from whom their League Cup Final team shall be selected, to the League Secretary. The list to be received within two days of their semi-final match. |
| 17. | Any team wishing to protest must do so within SEVEN days of the match taking place. Any Club protesting must submit £10.00 which will be returned if the protest is successful. In the event of further appeal against the decision of the League or the League or the League Council, the appeal must be lodged with the Secretary of the Worcestershire Football Association within SEVEN days with a deposit of £25.00. |
| 18. | Winning Clubs to sign a guarantee to return the trophy on demand. |
| 19. | Any contingency not covered by Rules shall be dealt with by the League Council whose decision shall be final and binding on all parties. |
| 20. | Referees and Assistant Referees shall confirm League Cup Final Appointments to the Referee Appointments Secretary within two days of receipt of the appointment. |
| 21. | Referees and Assistant Referees appointed to League Cup Finals shall arrive at the ground at least 45 mins. prior to kick off. |
